Shipping information
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may be longer, and we will notify you of any delays.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Approximately 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Costs:
Subscriptions: Standard delivery is always free (included in your plan).
One Time Purchases: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Returns & Guarantees
We offer two types of return options depending on your situation:
1. Standard Right of Withdrawal (14 Days) You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.
Important Condition: Due to health protection and hygiene regulations, products must remain sealed. We cannot accept returns if the protective seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Order only) If you are a new customer, your first order is covered by our satisfaction guarantee. You may return the products within 30 days of receipt.
Condition: All items (including packaging) must be returned in an unused and undamaged condition.
Bundles: If you ordered a multi-pack (e.g., a double plan, essential+), all units must be returned together to receive a full refund.
Returns & Guarantees
Please follow these 3 steps to ensure your refund is processed quickly:
Contact Us: Before sending anything back, please email us at care@suplar.eu with your Name and Order Number. We will reply with the specific return instructions and address.
Ship the Return: Pack the items securely and send them via a tracked delivery service.
- Please note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and these are non-refundable.
- Please email us the tracking number so we know it is on the way.
Receive Refund: Once we receive the package and inspect the condition of the goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 14 days (for standard returns) or up to 6 weeks (for the Money-Back Guarantee).
